Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team! Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi. Step into the role of Reservations Agent, where your proactivity, adaptability, and quick learning will make you an indispensable part of our team. In this exciting position, you’ll ensure smooth, seamless operations while delivering exceptional service at every step. You’ll manage FIT reservations, handling individual bookings with accuracy and care. You’ll also take charge of group reservations—from the very first inquiry to final confirmation—coordinating room blocks, event spaces, and special requests by working closely with multiple departments.
Above all, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for both group and individual guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating a positive, memorable experience throughout the entire booking journey.
