ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Develop strategies to reach target audiences and achieve a competitive advantage.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future activities.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across all marketing channels. Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing initiatives and results to the broader organization.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Track and report expenditures, providing regular updates to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure marketing success. Analyze and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
