Job summary
A prominent coaching organization in Dubai is seeking a Development Coach to shape young swimmers into competitive athletes. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality coaching sessions and nurture talent. Key responsibilities include planning sessions for Development Squads and maintaining communication with swimmers and parents. This role offers a tax-free salary of £29,400 per annum, private medical insurance, and professional development opportunities.
