About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Professional to join our team in Jumeirah Oasis Village. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

1. Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals, including workout routines, fitness assessments, and progress tracking.
2. Conduct and lead group fitness classes, such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, ensuring that sessions are engaging, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.
3. Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance, motivation, and support to help achieve fitness goals and improve overall well-being.
4. Ensure the fitness equipment is in good working condition, properly maintained, and cleaned regularly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate maintenance team.
5. Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for the use of fitness equipment and facilities, ensure usage of equipment is done correctly and guests are aware of safety procedures to prevent injuries.
6. Offer excellent service by engaging, addressing fitness needs, answering questions, and providing advice on health and wellness topics.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Software competencies in Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
2. 3-5 years of experience working as a fitness professional, personal trainer, or in a related role within a gym, health club, or hotel environment.
3. Problem solving skills.
4. Leadership and team management skills.
5. Detail-oriented.
