Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Manager to ensure optimal service and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating hiring and training efforts, and upholding company standards for service and safety. Candidates must have at least 2 years of related experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. The ideal applicant possesses strong teamwork, communication skills, and organizational abilities. This position requires a high school diploma and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff is working together to meet guest needs.
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff to rectify deficiencies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being.
- Assist management with hiring, training, and counseling employees.
- Follow safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions.
