Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships ensuring satisfaction.
• Work with Corporate Client Manager on renewal strategies.
• Support preparing and analyzing Quarterly Claims Reviews.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in Arabic and English

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
