A healthcare company specializing in diabetes care is looking for a Project & Building Manager CAD based in Dubai. In this role, you will manage multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while utilizing your strong technical drawing and project management skills. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and have over 5 years of experience in construction project management. Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD to produce and update technical drawings.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction fit-out.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and subcontractor oversight.
Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management for construction and refurbishment.
- Ensure all projects comply with DHA and building regulations.
