- Ensure accuracy of patient medication profiles, including dosage, routes, strengths, quantities, and directions.
- Assess prescription orders for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness; check for drug interactions or contraindications.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding medication use and side effects; provide health advice such as diet, exercise, and self-care techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in hospital or retail settings.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
