BLUCO LLC-FZ is urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Manager / Admin Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role combines HR, recruitment, administration, and client relationship management responsibilities.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including document control, employee records, and office coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
- Draft, review, and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are properly documented and executed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
- Prepare reports, assist with planning, and support management with HR and client-related projects.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Administration, and Client Management within the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contract procedures.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
