Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: lead the full recruitment cycle for investment advisory and structured finance positions - from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Dubai's finance talent landscape to identify and engage passive candidates (local networks are a plus).
  • Employer Branding: Position us as the employer of choice for high-caliber professionals through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strategic Growth: Partner with leadership to scale our Dubai team, anticipating talent needs as we expand.
  • Candidate Experience: Design seamless elite-level hiring processes that reflect our prestige and professionalism.

Your Profile:

Proven Track Record: 5 years in HR/Recruitment, ideally within asset management, private banking or trading (in-house or agency).
Finance-Savvy: You speak the language of investments, risk and capital markets, no need to decode CVs.
Hunter Mindset: Adept at sourcing niche, high-demand talent through direct search, LinkedIn and industry networks.
Elite Communicator: Flawless native-level English (Arabic/German a plus), you persuade top earners to join us.
Dubai Advantage: Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred, you understand work visas, local regulations and candidate expectations.
