The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing training initiatives that yield measurable results. This full-time role does not support remote work.

    • Design learning & development experiences Not Just Programs: Become a trusted partner to business leaders and employees. Youll dig deep to understand their real needs and design targeted productslike manager development or a performance management enhancement productthat people actually want to use.
    • Own the show from Start to Finish: Youll design launch and project manage different products programs taking them from a bright idea on a whiteboard to a fully-realized experience that delivers results.
  • Be a Coach and a Guide: Provide insightful one-on-one coaching to leaders helping them unlock their potential and lead their teams more effectively.
  • Measure What Matters: Constantly assess program effectiveness with a data-first mindset ensuring were not just busy but making a measurable impact.
