We are seeking a talented Telecom Engineer with Huawei expertise to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This role is critical for ensuring seamless network integration, optimization, and performance across Huawei systems.
As a Huawei Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and optimization of Huawei RAN equipment, including RRU, NodeB, and eNodeB. You will play a key role in commissioning, troubleshooting, and KPI analysis to maintain high‑quality network performance. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge telecom projects in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with a skilled team to deliver exceptional connectivity solutions.
- Perform commissioning, integration, and configuration of Huawei RAN equipment (RRU, NodeB, eNodeB)
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance
- Execute KPI analysis and implement corrective actions for network optimization
- Utilize Huawei software tools for configuration and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support network rollout and upgrades
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecom field
- Proven expertise in Huawei configuration and integration
- Strong hands‑on experience with RRU, NodeB, eNodeB, and related tools
- Ability to perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and KPI analysis
- Currently available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining
- Familiarity with multi‑vendor environments (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia)
- Knowledge of LTE and 5G technologies
- Experience with network optimization and drive testing
- Huawei certifications (e.g., HCIA, HCIP)
