Responsibilities
  • Responsible for shaping and elevating the brand image of the company and its products. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product assortments that meet consumer needs and drive market success.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, advertising, and in-store experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits and store visits to assess compliance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with brands to identify market trends and consumer preferences that inform product development. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Brand Management, preferably in the footwear industry.
