Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role focused on maintaining cleanliness in public areas. Responsibilities include cleaning and setting up accommodations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a hygienic environment for guests. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to follow operational standards. This position does not offer remote work options.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
- Understanding of cleaning products and their uses.
- Capability to report issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Clean and set up assigned public areas according to standards.
- Maintain equipment as per operations manual.
- Report any damaged or missing items.
- To clean tidy and setup the entire assigned public areas of the ambassador accommodation as per the accommodation standards and procedures.
- To keep all equipment clean tidy and well maintained as per the Accommodation Operations Manual including proper and secure storage.
- To have a complete understanding of the different cleaning products and their use.
- To carry out special tasks according to the assignments.
- To report any damaged or missing items to the General Cleaner Supervisor for action and follow up.
- To keep all keys signed out in a secure manner and return them at the end of the shift to the ambassador in charge.
- To hand over to the General Cleaner Supervisor all Lost and Found Items within the accommodation compound.
- To ensure that all ambassadors enjoy their stay within the accommodation compound being offered the cleanliness and hygienic service always.
- To attend a daily line up briefing with the Ambassador Accommodation team.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the General Cleaner Supervisor.
