Job description

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant. As an Arabic-speaking team member you will enhance the guest experience by communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking guests ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain dishes and make recommendations when required with special attention to Arabic-speaking guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and sequence of service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next service and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
• Assist in setting up and preparing for service including mise en place, table arrangements and side stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary to supervisors.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials and promotions.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall smooth operation of the F&B department.
