Job summary
A leading hotel chain in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and adhere to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some experience in maintenance. Duties include equipment inspections, repairs, and ensuring a clean and professional workplace. Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
- Some experience in general maintenance exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
- Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Identify and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.
- Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts.
- Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
