Job Summary

The PPF & Window Tint Technician is responsible for installing paint protection film (PPF) and automotive window tints with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet brand and customer expectations. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure, cut, and apply PPF to vehicle surfaces for protection against damage.
  • Install automotive window films with precision, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes.
  • Ensure all applications meet brand quality and durability standards.
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, polishing, and inspecting before installation.
  • Conduct post-installation inspections to confirm flawless application.
  • Correct any imperfections to maintain premium quality finishes.
  • Operate cutting tools, heat guns, and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of films, adhesives, and application tools.
  • Follow best practices to reduce material waste and rework.
  • Adhere to workshop safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and legal standards for tint levels and installation.
  • Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
Job requirements

Mandatory & Preferred Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in PPF and/or automotive window tint installation
  • Experience working on premium or luxury vehicles preferred
  • Technical certification in Automotive Detailing or PPF is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
  • Ability to meet brand quality, durability, and appearance standards
