Job summary

A leading services company in the UAE is seeking a Rope Access Division Manager to lead and manage operations within the Rope Access Division. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring project efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in the Gulf region, an engineering degree, and mandatory IRATA Level 3 certification. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The position offers an opportunity to coordinate complex projects while driving operational strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rope access operations in the Gulf Region.
  • IRATA Level 3 certification is mandatory.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Rope Access Division and operational activities.
  • Oversee and complete rope access projects including maintenance and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments and regular evaluations.
  • Mentor and supervise rope access technicians.
