Fitness Coach jobs in United Arab Emirates

1. Ensure proper and safe use of facility and equipment.
2. Oversee completion of exercise routines.
3. Modify exercise plans as needed.
4. Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
5. Adopt a general training approach.
6. Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure staff exercise properly and safely.
7. Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the gym, indoor, and outdoor game areas.
8. Support the development and delivery of fitness programs.
9. Assist staff in reaching their fitness goals.
10. Ensure the safety of staff during training sessions.
11. Facilitate safe practices and create fitness plans to support gym participants.
12. Report to the admin department.
13. Perform any other duties related to gym, indoor, and outdoor games as instructed by the admin department.

• Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of diverse exercises and ability to adjust plans according to each client’s needs.
• Ability to instruct and motivate people.
• Availability to work early or late shifts and on weekends.
