- Oversee the night shift operations of fitout projects.

- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and on-site staff.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress and compliance with plans.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the night shift.
- Prepare and submit reports on nightly progress to management.
- Ensure adequate materials and equipment are available for operations.
- Assist in planning and scheduling fitout activities.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fitout or a related construction field.
- Flexible availability to work night shifts.
- Strong knowledge of fitout processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
- Immediate availability to start is essential.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
