We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated junior accountant to assist the Accounting Department at Lux Holiday Home. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting the team by ensuring all financial records and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in a timely manner.

1. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
2. Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals.
3. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
4. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
5. Handle invoices, expenses, and other financial reports.
6. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
7. Assist in preparing tax returns and audits.
8. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
9. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced team environment under pressure.
