Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client who is in the outdoor living solutions sector specializing in pergolas glass rooms aluminum works and custom outdoor structures. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong VAT/tax knowledge and hands‑on experience in UAE accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Manage tax filing documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related financial documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month‑end closing.
• Follow up on payments, outstanding invoices and supplier accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support auditors with required documents and clarifications.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of VAT filing, tax submission, payables & receivables.
• Experience preparing quotations and basic accounting reports.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Must be currently based in Sharjah or willing to commute.
