Motivate Media Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Payables) to join our dynamic team. We seek a qualified professional preferably CA, CWA, ACCA or CPA with strong expertise in accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable process including invoice processing, vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers, freelancers and service providers.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, audit preparations and internal controls.

Requirements

• Professional qualification (CA, CWA, ACCA, CPA preferred).
• Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
