A distribution business in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, manage accounting functions, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires strong expertise in finance and management within the F&B or FMCG sectors. Candidates will lead financial planning and guide a finance team, contributing to the company's growth and strategy.
We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing distribution business based in Dubai South. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with solid experience in the F&B or FMCG sectors, looking to step into a regional role with high visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the full cycle of financial and management reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Oversee daily accounting functions, including AP / AR, treasury, and general ledger activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with global standards and internal deadlines.
Manage and improve internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund transfers across business units.
Support pricing strategies and customer sales pricing processes.
Handle landed cost calculations and inventory cost accuracy.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Coach and guide finance team members and ensure performance goals are met.
