Job Description
- Ability to pass accounting entries
- Prepare PO/SO/PI/Invoices
- Making SOAs (Statement of account)
- Experience in handling Documentation
- Knowledge of export import documentation
- Preparing bank payment advise
- Reconcile Account Payable and Accounts Receivable
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Journal Entries.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Macros.
- Experience in dealing with bank transactions, communicate with bank RMS, raise payment requests, coordinate with Bank for LCS, document queries etc.
- Report Management skills like preparing cash flows, balance sheet, weekly supplier shipment status report etc.
- Knowledge of Tally & Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferable but not required)
