Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Invoicing Accountant to manage trade settlements, invoice preparation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, a chartered accounting qualification, and at least 3 years of experience in the oil trading industry. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, alongside knowledge of financial reporting under IFRS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in oil and gas trading industry.
• Experience in preparing statutory accounts under IFRS.
• Chartered accountant with financial and exchange experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate settlement of trading and non-trading transactions.
• Produce daily accounts receivable aging reports.
• Liaise with teams to analyze and resolve invoice issues.
