Job summary
A prominent hotel in the UAE is seeking a Bar Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee bar operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bar management or a similar supervisory role, excellent leadership and customer service skills, and knowledge of beverages as well as mixology. The position requires strong organizational abilities; evening and weekend availability is essential. Relevant hospitality or management certifications are preferred.
