We are looking for a skilled and motivated Light Technician to join our production team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lighting systems in live or studio environments and a strong understanding of operational safety, precision, and teamwork.

Set up, operate, and maintain lighting and related technical equipment for live and continuous productions.

Monitor and troubleshoot lighting systems, escalating complex issues when needed.

Ensure consistent lighting quality and adherence to production standards.

Maintain accurate equipment logs and report daily on operational performance.

Follow all safety protocols and technical standards.

Collaborate with camera, audio, and stage teams to ensure seamless production execution.

Stay current with lighting technologies and industry best practices.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Proven experience in studio, stage, or live event lighting operations.

Practical knowledge of lighting consoles, fixtures, and control systems.

Ability to interpret lighting plans and follow technical instructions.

Strong awareness of safety standards and best practices.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Certification or formal training in lighting, electrical, audiovisual, or related fields preferred.
