Job Summary: The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of site workers involved in swimming pool construction and landscaping works. The role requires strong leadership skills, hands‑on technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure that all site work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Direct and supervise skilled and unskilled workers on site.
• Ensure daily work targets are met as per project schedule.
• Coordinate and oversee the construction of swimming pools (excavation, steel fixing, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, etc.).
• Supervise landscaping work including planting, irrigation, paving, decking and other hard/softscape elements.

Work Coordination

• Assign tasks to workers based on project needs and skills.
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment and materials to ensure efficient site operations.
• Coordinate with the site engineer and subcontractors for seamless execution.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings and quality standards.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to the site engineer.
• Communicate effectively with laborers and resolve minor on‑site issues.
• Provide feedback on material requirements and any delays or concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or trade certification in Civil / Landscaping or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in pool and landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction stages and landscape installation.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage laborers and subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
