SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL FINANCE AND PROJECT FINANCE, UAE

Ensuring that government backed companies have robust in-house legal departments is a key part of this strategy, and we are instructed with assisting that growth.

This particular organisation is currently pushing the investment and growth strategy very hard.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working with a strong finance team, playing your part in complex deals, allying with financiers, lenders, SWF's, JV partners and internal business units.

Who you'll likely need to be, in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

· Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).

· 7+ years of experience in transactional finance, with an emphasis onto project and asset.

· Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm.

· Middle East experience is ideal.

· Experience in industrial sectors such as energy / projects or infrastructure is advantageous.
