Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will play a key role in delivering value to clients and ensuring smooth project execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.. This involves managing project progress, handling risks, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with DQ’s strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Resource & Capacity Management: Plan, allocate, and optimize team resources to balance workloads, maximize efficiency, and ensure successful delivery.
• Financial & Contract Oversight: Track project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure contractual obligations are met without overruns.
• Stakeholder Alignment:Communicate with stakeholders to understand and meet expectations.
• Governance & Risk Management:Manage and orchestrate delivery governance, proactively addressing risks and compliance.
• Quality Control:Maintain and review quality standards for all deliverables.
• Collaboration:Work with team members and external partners for successful outcomes.
• Orchestration of Deliverables – Direct and orchestrate deliverables through structured stories, tasks, owners, and follow-ups.
