Key Responsibilities
- Resource & Capacity Management: Plan, allocate, and optimize team resources to balance workloads, maximize efficiency, and ensure successful delivery.
- Financial & Contract Oversight: Track project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure contractual obligations are met without overruns.
- Stakeholder Alignment:Communicate with stakeholders to understand and meet expectations.
- Governance & Risk Management:Manage and orchestrate delivery governance, proactively addressing risks and compliance.
- Quality Control:Maintain and review quality standards for all deliverables.
- Collaboration:Work with team members and external partners for successful outcomes.
- Orchestration of Deliverables – Direct and orchestrate deliverables through structured stories, tasks, owners, and follow-ups.
