We are currently inviting applications for a Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas within our Energy & Industry Segment. The role involves developing sales, driving specifications, and fostering long-term relationships with local and international key accounts and projects.

This is a bench role created to build our talent pipeline for future hiring needs, not an immediate vacancy.

You will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers, presenting the Hilti value proposition to secure business. You will lead sales and business development activities, define strategies to increase market share in the Oil & Gas sector, develop accounts, penetrate key projects, and manage complex stakeholder maps and project management activities to secure a Share of Wallet.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus
• At least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry within Oil & Gas, Power, or Energy divisions
• Experience in sales is advantageous
• Proven relationship management skills with internal and external customers, handling complex stakeholder environments
• A target and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex projects
• Valid UAE Driver’s License
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
