A leading fabrication company in Dubai is seeking a skilled supervisor for stainless steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in CNC operations and team management. Responsibilities include overseeing machine operations, ensuring quality standards, and training junior staff. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Qualifications
- 5–6 years of proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and fit-out projects.
- Expertise in operating CNC, bending, and shearing machines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
Responsibilities
- Supervise stainless steel fabrication activities, focusing on bending machine operations.
- Manage and train a team of labourers for productivity and safety adherence.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with client specifications.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff in stainless steel handling, fabrication techniques, and machine operations.
- Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
- Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in stainless steel fabrication, bending machine operations, and fit-out projects.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in operating CNC machines, bending machines, shearing machines, and related fabrication equipment.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and fit-out specifications.
- Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of stainless steel properties, bending tolerances, finishing techniques, and fit-out applications.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee fabrication work in fit-out projects.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Additional Advantage: Experience in structural steel fabrication and high-end interior fit-outs is a plus.
