Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the United Arab Emirates. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales support and a technical background in automobile systems. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Automotive After sales technical support or similar role.
• Strong technical understanding of Automotive systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guide technicians remotely and on-site for diagnostics.

The Technical Support Engineer will provide advanced technical assistance for automotive after-sales operations, supporting workshop teams with accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting.

The role involves guiding technicians remotely and on-site, preparing detailed technical reports, coordinating with OEMs to resolve complex vehicle issues, and managing field service campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Ability to guide remotely as well as in person to diagnose complex automotive complaints.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and liaise with OEM for resolution of complaints.
• Experience in coordinating field service campaigns.
• Knowledge on Diagnostic tools and equipment’s.
• Expertise in MS OFFICE and other business communication tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Automotive After sales technical support or similar role (Dealership/OEM experience preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of Automotive systems (passenger cars or heavy commercial vehicles).
• Diploma/B.tech in Automobile/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
