A well-rounded professional capable of managing projects, leading teams, maintaining technical proficiency, and fostering client relationships. Demonstrates proficiency with Building Services Codes and Standards both local and international. Oversees the performance of team members and subcontractors, resolving issues as needed. Provides technical advice and supports professional development. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, adopts technical excellence within the team, and promotes creative and innovative design. Acts as a Project Leader on selected projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from conception to completion.
2. Understand the commercial elements of projects.
3. Manage workload and update forward plans, working within allocated timeframes.
4. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
5. Present design ideas confidently to clients.
6. Deliver client presentations and represent the company at meetings with clients and contractors.
7. Contribute to bid preparation, tender reviews, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Degree in Building Services Engineering with specialization in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the Middle East, preferably in a Design Consultancy environment.
• Chartered Engineer status is advantageous.
• Membership in CIBSE or IET is preferred.
