Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design for building services or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of design codes and standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE, BS, EN, SBC.
• Experience in railway, infrastructure, metro, or airport projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting design from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with international and local codes.
• Coordinate closely with clients and other engineering disciplines.
