As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, operating in the field and building strong, direct relationships with customers across construction sites, offices, and warehouses. You will deliver tailored Hilti solutions, driving growth through our innovative tools, software, and services to create real, value-driven partnerships and improve customers’ operational efficiency.

This is a future hiring role, created to build a strong pipeline of talent for upcoming opportunities. In this position, you will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE, positioning Hilti as a trusted long-term partner.

What you need is:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in the construction/sales industry or familiarity with construction materials, products, or project workflows preferred
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• A UAE driving license
