Institutional Sales Lead - Middle East
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Institutional Sales Lead - Middle East to manage and expand strategic relationships with leading universities and academic institutions across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth in projects like ACI through partnership development, account management, and delivery excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of the higher education ecosystem, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to align institutional needs with TalentSprint’s portfolio of programs and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key higher education partners, ensuring strong relationships, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities for ACI with universities, business schools, and academic networks across the Middle East.
- Understand client objectives and develop tailored ACI solutions in collaboration with internal teams to deliver measurable impact.
- Own revenue targets for ACI and other assigned accounts by driving renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure successful program execution and partner satisfaction.
- Monitor trends in the higher education sector, competitive activity, and government initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
- Track and report account performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM and analytics tools.
- Represent LearnVantage at industry events, conferences, and academic forums to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
