We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the company’s commercial growth and brand‑building efforts. You will be responsible for setting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans driving revenue and elevating brand presence in the market and leading a high performance team. This role is both strategic and hands‑on approach requiring creativity leadership and a strong business expertise.
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research competitive analysis and brand positioning overview to identify new opportunities in the Market.
Set sales goals sales KPIs and track performance records to deliver measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value clients of ELE Interior Design.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposals presentations negotiations and deal closure.
Supervise CRM systems sales pipelines forecasting and monthly reporting to Studio Management.
Ensure timely follow‑up on leads proposals and client communications to maximize conversion rates.
Represent ELE Interior Design in client meetings pitches presentations exhibitions and major business and networking events.
Lead pricing strategies commercial proposals and contract negotiations ensuring alignment with ELE’s premium positioning and profitability goals.
Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly translated into deliverables.
Monitor client satisfaction and post‑project engagement to support retention referrals and upselling opportunities.
Defined and execute a complete marketing strategy aligned with ELE’s luxury design and premium positioning in UAE Market.
Elevate brand awareness and perception among high-net-worth individual (HNW).
Ensured all communications aligned with and reflected the brand’s sophisticated identity.
Responsible for attracting potential customers and creating and categorizing high‑quality engaging content across multiple social media platforms to grow audiences and drive interaction.
Plan and execute multi‑channels campaign planning execution and performance optimization.
Manage SEO Google Ads paid social media campaigns and performance marketing to generate qualified lead.
Manage email marketing CRM workflows newsletters and automated engagement journey.
Monitor digital performance metrics to optimize strategic campaigns and ROI.
Manage relationships with PR agencies including photographers videographers and design publications.
Monitor and report on key metrics sales KPIs and marketing campaign performance.
Use data insights to optimize strategy and improve ROI.
Manage budget and allocate resources effectively.
Lead and mentor Sales and Marketing team setting goals and performance expectations.
Work closely with design team project delivery and operations team to ensure smooth execution.
Align with the team for sales and marketing plans to maintain consistency.

Office Timing: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
