We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Marketing Manager to join our team for international Oil & Gas EPC projects. The role will be responsible for driving market expansion, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic growth in the MENA and Central Asia regions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas EPC sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Drive regional market expansion and new segment penetration.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies and tender opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for bid and proposal process, working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
• Track and manage the project pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting to senior management.
• Represent the company in external forums, industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events, ensuring the company’s profile, reputation, and integrity are upheld and enhanced at all times.
• Support the implementation of corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and digital promotion strategies.

• Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record in securing EPC projects or managing client portfolios in international markets.
• Strong understanding of EPC contract structures, tendering, and project execution processes.
• Proficiency in Russian/Arabic is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver business development strategies that generate sustainable growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and willingness to travel internationally.
