Job Summary

oversee the global packaging materials procurement portfolio at IFFCO. This role is instrumental in driving procurement excellence, market intelligence, and transformation initiatives across our international operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and process optimization, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Global Packaging Procurement

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging materials across all business units.
• Ensure full spending coverage (excluding Oils & Grain trading) through enhanced collaboration and streamlined processes.
• Deliver consistent cost savings and risk mitigation through supplier diversification and localization.
• Drive continuous supplier performance improvement, targeting high vendor rating compliance.

Procurement Transformation Initiatives

• Contribute to the design and implementation of procurement transformation programs including Global Business Services (GBS).
• Build an integrated procurement framework covering strategic sourcing, backend support, P2P processes, and supply operations.

Compliance and Process Excellence

• Standardize procurement processes to ensure compliance with (DOA).
• Collaborate with internal teams (IS, Risk & Compliance) to support SAP implementation and policy adherence.
• Enhance supplier selection and performance monitoring to improve service delivery and procurement productivity.

Topline Growth and Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and execute growth opportunities through innovation and optimization.
• Organize Supplier Innovation Days and publish market intelligence reports for key commodities.
• Implement embedded risk management strategies and conduct market benchmarking for finished goods.

Work experience requirement

• MBA/Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from a reputed university is preferable
