- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools to facilitate continuous integration / continuous deployment.
- Previous experience working with IoT integrations and AI / ML solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead teams effectively.
- Proficient in technical documentation and architectural diagram creation.
