We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist registered nurses and doctors in providing patient care ensuring comfort and maintaining hygiene standards in a clinical or hospital setting.

• Assist nurses and doctors in patient care and medical procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, record patient information and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Prepare and sterilize medical equipment before use.
• Administer medications and injections under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Ensure patient rooms, beds and medical supplies are clean and well‑organized.
• Support in wound care dressing changes and basic medical procedures.
• Educate patients and families on post‑treatment care and hygiene practices.
• Follow all healthcare safety regulations and infection control protocols.

• Education: Diploma or certification in Nursing or Healthcare Assistance.
• Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in a hospital, clinic or healthcare facility.
• License: DHA (Dubai Health Authority) eligibility or license is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of basic patient care and medical procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and a caring attitude.
• Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
• Availability: Willing to work in shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
