Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Arabicspeaking Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our team at Homecare Doctor this critical role you will provide highquality nursing care to patients in their homes supporting their health and wellbeing through personalized medical services. We value cultural sensitivity and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to home healthcare patients including performing assessments administering medications and monitoring vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and their families about health management treatment options and preventative measures
  • Document patient progress and care provided maintaining accurate medical records
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe home environment for patients
  • Foster effective communication with patients families and healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance care delivery
Requirements
  • Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Previous experience in home healthcare nursing is preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and prioritize patient needs
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to thorough documentation
  • Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Willingness to travel to patients homes and adapt to flexible work hours
