RN New Graduate Resident Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi
This 12‑month New Graduate Nurse Residency requires relocation to Abu Dhabi and is available to U.S. trained new graduate nurses with less than 6 months of professional nursing experience. The program prepares nurses for professional practice and promotes growth into the nursing profession.
The residency includes an immersive 16‑week orientation, 1:1 preceptorship, voluntary mentorship, simulation experiences, and professional development courses.
December 2024 and May 2025 new graduates with a BSN from an accredited nursing program and under 6 months of hospital nursing experience.
Graduates specialize in medical/surgical, heart/vascular, thoracic, neurology, or oncology through a competency‑based, simulation‑based program. The program builds competency, knowledge, and confidence for independent patient care.
