Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to identify health issues and establish individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor patients health status documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on health management disease prevention and treatment options
• Maintain accurate thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with MOH standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients
• Provide support comfort and counseling to patients and their families as needed

Requirements

• Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
