Job Purpose
ENEC has defined Growth as a key objective in its strategy, and this role will lead the delivery of new Growth developments and investments in new projects.
Key Activities, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Responsibilities include collecting information, performing research, and analyzing assets using micro-level data such as company financial statements and macro-level data including country energy policies, currency adjustments, climate change, and emerging industries related to nuclear activities.
Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for the investment portfolio. Conduct financial analysis and modeling, including developing financial models, valuation, and forecasting to support investment decisions.
Establish investment analysis in cooperation with Enterprise CFOs, VP BD&I, and shareholders/co-investors. Contribute to developing ENEC’s financial standards for Business Development and Investments.
Identify main project economic and financial risks, advise on mitigation, and prepare investment recommendations for senior management, including memos and presentations. Collaborate on investment strategies, participate in due diligence, and support interactions with lenders and investors from origination to financial close.
Build and mentor the investment financial modeling practice, develop financial options and proposals, support internal approval processes, and assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing financing documents for medium to large transactions following best project finance practices.

Experience
6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
