We are hiring a Delivery Coordinator to manage delivery orders, assign drivers, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure smooth and on-time service. The ideal candidate must be organized, fast in communication, and familiar with delivery platforms.

Job Description: Delivery Coordinator
  • Manage daily delivery orders from POS and online platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem).
  • Assign orders to drivers/riders and monitor their performance.
  • Track delivery routes to ensure timely drop-offs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or special requests.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and packing team to ensure orders are ready on time.
  • Resolve delivery issues, complaints, and driver concerns.
  • Maintain delivery logs, rider schedules, and performance reports.
  • Ensure delivery staff follow company policies and hygiene standards.
  • Manage cash collection and reconciliation from drivers (if applicable).
