Job Description

• Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable suppliers, ensuring the best quality and pricing for the company's needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors, focusing on securing favorable conditions while building strong supplier relationships.
• Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to order completion, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels meticulously to prevent stock shortages and optimize procurement schedules.
• Analyze purchasing data and generate reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to align purchasing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain a supplier performance evaluation system to assess quality, delivery, and service standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to enhance purchasing strategies.
• Oversee the resolution of any purchasing-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining supplier relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing within a fast-paced industry is preferred.
