Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data related to real-estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Evaluate project performance and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and simulations to support project planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis findings.
• Support the development of project finance strategies and initiatives to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on project finance or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within the real estate industry is required.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong understanding of project finance principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
